Hi, I’m Mackenzie

For years I kept trying to fit myself into practices that promised relief. A “lost decade” to chronic illness in my twenties pulled me into meditation, mind‑body self-help, and seeking a way out of suffering. I never quite found home in any tradition, and I found plenty of ways to pour more pressure on myself.

Relief gradually dawned as I found ways of understanding, perceiving, and living that weren’t about trying. More a quiet recognition that we’re always being with being, anyway. That it’s indescribably rich and unbelievably simple.

At Princeton, studying History of Science, I met physicist and Tai Chi Master Dr. Wonchull Park, whose work bridges physics and lived experience. His approach gave me a rational basis for getting traction on ways I don’t have to try — a kind of grace that didn’t require anybody’s say‑so. We’ve been collaborating ever since.

That collaboration has grown into research in philosophy of physics and the practice work you’ll find here — for anyone looking to explore beyond the pressures we put on ourselves, especially twentysomethings early in their own search. Not ways to follow, but ways that might help you find your own.
